Retirement Home – Beltsville
At a senior living community in Beltsville, Maryland, we installed storefront entries, vestibule doors and windows with accessible hardware and low thresholds for residents. Easy-opening doors and bright entries make daily life safer and more comfortable.
The challenge
Healthcare buildings stay busy around the clock. Glazing work has to protect patients and staff, respect infection-control barriers and keep corridors and entrances usable while crews are on site.
Our solution
Our crew set out and anchored the aluminum framing, glazed it with tempered safety glass and hung the entry doors with commercial closers, pivots and locks, then sealed every joint against the weather. From start to finish we worked hand in hand with the general contractor and the owner, kept the work area clean and safe, and protected completed finishes until handover.
The result
