A reliable glazing subcontractor
General contractors bring us in as their glazing subcontractor on new buildings and renovations. We check shop drawings, coordinate anchors and openings, and set glass with lifts and cranes on busy sites, as we did for the Weis Markets store in Waldorf, CC Prep School and the INOVA medical office building.
Repair and maintenance
Water leaks, cloudy insulated units and failed sealant make a building uncomfortable and damage finishes. We track down the source of curtain wall problems, swap out failed IGUs and renew weather seals so your envelope lasts longer.

How is curtain wall different from storefront?
Storefront is normally a ground-floor system that spans from floor to floor. Curtain wall is a non-load-bearing exterior wall that can run up several stories and resist higher wind and water loads.
Can you fix an existing curtain wall?
Yes. We replace cracked or fogged units, reseal joints and stop water from getting through existing curtain wall.
