At the Twinbrook building in Rockville, Maryland, alongside Clark Construction, our team installed interior glazing and railings in the lobby and stairwells next to a decorative stone wall. The glass keeps the lobby open and bright while meeting guard requirements.

The challenge

Commercial work means balancing design goals with compressed timelines, many trades sharing the site and very tight field tolerances.

Our solution

Every guard and railing panel was installed level and plumb with code-rated fittings, keeping people safe without cutting off light or views. All interior glass was field-measured and set with consistent reveals, tempered safety glass and quality door hardware for a seamless look. From start to finish we worked hand in hand with the general contractor and the owner, kept the work area clean and safe, and protected completed finishes until handover.

The result
